The right version to the right recipient
Choose from the project’s documents. Each one is included in its current version, with number and revision, and the transmittal is given a suitability such as for review and comment or authorised for construction.
Locked once it has gone out
When the transmittal is issued, it is locked with the date and the sender. A later revision of a document does not change what was sent.
Links instead of attachments
The recipients receive an email with a personal link to a page where the documents are downloaded, with no account needed. The links are valid for 30 days, and the register shows whether the link has been opened.
