Tender documents in numbered issues
Bidders see only what has been published. Every tender addendum is numbered and cannot be changed afterwards, and the history shows who has opened the request after each one.
Sealed bids
With sealing on, nobody, the project’s administrators included, can open a bid until the tender period has ended. The tender deadline can be extended but never brought forward.
Evaluation against weighted criteria
Set award criteria with percentage weightings, enter the tender sums and quality scores and see the total score and rank straight away. The contract award is saved with the date and who decided.
Bidders
The bidder sees only their own request
An invited bidder creates an account and arrives at a single page: download the tender documents, upload the bid and submit it. Other bidders, the project’s pages and the list of members are not shown.

Not when the bids are sealed, which is the default. Then nobody but the bidder, not even the project’s administrators, can see the bid files or whether a bid has been submitted. The bids open by themselves when the tender period has ended.
