Templates with check items
A template has check items of four kinds: a check (“Pass”, “Fail” or “N/A”), text, number and date. Start from the standard templates for your market or build your own.
Complete and submit
Choose a template, enter the location and who carried out the check, then answer item by item. Drafts are saved, and required items must be answered before the form is submitted.
A locked record
A submitted form is locked for everyone, administrators included, and carries its own copy of the check items. The list shows how many non-conformances each form contains.
