Refunds and complaints

Reporting errors and requesting corrections or repayment.

Fidrel is available to businesses, organisations and individuals. The terms distinguish business purchases from consumer purchases.

When refunds apply

Duplicate payments, incorrect charges and non-delivery must be investigated and corrected. Remedies, price reductions and refunds follow contract and mandatory law. Non-use alone does not entitle reimbursement for a properly delivered period. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Requests and repayment

Provide customer/order reference, affected period and a description. Decisions and credit documents are recorded. Refunds normally use the original payment method, or a credit note where applicable. Statutory deadlines prevail. Disputes may be referred to the competent court or applicable alternative dispute resolution body.
