Roles that say what they do
Project administrator, participant, and guest: a participant reads, downloads, and uploads in permitted folders, while a guest reads and downloads. Procurement and facility management have their own roles for their areas.
Access by part and by folder
Each part of the project and each folder can be open to all participants, to administrators only, or to selected members. The estimate stays closed until it’s shared.
Delegate without giving up control
A participant can be given the right to invite others within their own access. Anyone they invite gets access that depends on theirs and ends if the right is withdrawn.

Your organization’s register brings together the companies you work with and their contacts, with their role on projects and their trades. Participants, bidders, and companies from your projects are added with one click.
