Storage and purposes
Cookies travel with web requests; local storage stays in your browser until the app reads it. We use them for security, sign-in and the language, project and ordering choices you make. Preferences never grant access to a project. We do not use cookies to sell personal information or for behavioural advertising.

No tools in these optional categories are active today. Your choices are saved; new tools require new information and a new choice.
Consent and your controls
Choices are stored on this device for 180 days. You can change or withdraw them at any time in Cookie settings. Closing does not save new choices. Under Canadian privacy law, including the meaningful-consent guidance of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, we rely on your consent for the cookies and storage we use. The cookies needed to deliver, sign in to and secure the service are part of the service you ask for and cannot be switched off in Cookie settings. Optional analytics or marketing tools stay off unless you actively turn them on, and you can withdraw that choice at any time. Optional technology that could be used to identify, locate or profile you, such as analytics or marketing tools, is off by default, as Quebec law requires for residents of Quebec. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, although sign-in may then stop working.
Providers and scope
Supabase provides authentication; OVHcloud and Cloudflare deliver and protect the site. Security cookies depend on the request. External payment pages, such as Stripe’s checkout, provide their own information. The inventory below separates identified functions from cookies used only when a particular feature is active. The contact, quote, support and subscription forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may set its own cookies and read technical browser information to tell people apart from automated abuse. Project maps load map images from OpenFreeMap and Esri, which receive your IP address when they do.

- Cloudflare · security cookie observed on the domain. Distinguishes automated traffic, not used for advertising. Normally expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

- Fidrel · local language and market preference, kept until changed or until website data is cleared.
- fidrel-workspace-v1:<user>
- Fidrel · local per-account project, folder and navigation history. No original documents. Kept until website data is cleared; permissions are checked again.

- Fidrel · first-party cookies for the chosen market and language (set when you visit the website, 1 year), the device’s time zone in the workspace (1 year) and the choice to stay on the website instead of opening the workspace (until the browser is closed). Needed to show the right language and times.

- Google · reCAPTCHA on the contact, quote, support and subscription forms. Google may set its own cookies and process your IP address and technical browser information to detect automated abuse; see Google’s privacy policy. Not used for advertising in Fidrel.
