Fidrel is available to businesses, organisations and individuals. Where the law treats consumers differently, these terms say so.

Payment methods

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) take place on Stripe’s checkout. Fidrel keeps references and payment status, not full card numbers or security codes. Private individuals pay by card. Businesses and organisations with a company number may pay on invoice where offered; the invoice is sent by email and is due 30 days net unless agreed otherwise.

Invoice details and VAT

Businesses provide their legal name, address, company number (the CRO number for an Irish company), VAT number and invoice reference when asked; private individuals provide their name and billing address. Invoices show the amount in euro, the period, the due date, and either the VAT rate and amount or a note that the reverse charge applies. Fidrel AB invoices from Sweden under the Swedish VAT number shown in the company details. For consumers, VAT is calculated at checkout under the EU place-of-supply rules, normally Irish VAT at the standard rate (currently 23%), and declared through the EU One-Stop Shop where Fidrel is registered for it. A business registered for VAT in Ireland with a valid EU VAT number is invoiced without VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge. The market selector does not validate your VAT status.

Errors and non-payment

Contact us with the invoice or order reference about any disputed charge. Never send passwords or card details. A project may be locked while a payment has failed or an invoice is overdue. Late payment interest and fees apply only where the agreement and the law allow. Keep payment and cancellation confirmations.

Billing interval

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions cover 12 months, billed in advance, at approximately 10% less than 12 monthly payments. Cancellation stops the next renewal; project access remains available during the paid period. Changes to the billing interval take effect at the next renewal. Your paid period is preserved, without additional prorated charges.
