How do I create a project?
Choose New project, an organisation and a project name. Select the project type yourself and review the proposed folders before saving. The project remains a locked draft until payment is verified; each new project needs its own subscription.
How do I organise several projects and properties?
Use separate projects for assignments or properties that need separate members, budgets or deliveries. Give them clear names and switch with the project selector. Choose Management for ongoing operations and maintenance.
Which project structure should I choose?
Project suits design and construction, Management suits operations, Selection supports supplier assessment, and Procurement supports tenders. Preview the folders or start empty. Project type is a separate choice from the folder structure.
How do I adapt folders to our workflow?
Starter folders use the selected market’s language. Agree disciplines, document numbers, revisions and delivery statuses before uploading. Add folders for your requirements; a template does not certify compliance with a standard or law.
Why is a project or feature missing?
Check that you signed in with the invited email and selected the correct project. Membership, module access and payment status can limit visibility. Ask the project administrator to check access if it is still missing.
How do I invite or update participants?
Open Members and choose Invite member if your role allows it. Check the email and role before sending. Administrators manage participants and invitations; grant only the permissions each person needs.
Who can see private messages and documents?
Direct messages are for the two participants; private channels are for selected participants. Documents follow project folder and access rules. Project membership does not automatically grant access to every item.
How do I upload files successfully?
Open Documents, select the correct folder and start the upload. Keep the page open until it finishes. Check the document entry and preview or download; a document entry alone does not prove the file was uploaded.
What does “File missing – upload did not finish” mean?
Document details exist but the file content is unavailable. Check your connection and upload the original to the correct document or revision again. Refreshing cannot restore a file that was never uploaded.
Why will a DWG or model not open?
First check that the original can be downloaded and the upload is complete. A new DWG may need processing. If the error persists, note the filename, revision and error, and test the original in its usual application.
How do I add a revision?
Use the same document and its revision workflow when updating content. Check the document number, revision and status before delivery. Avoid duplicate documents that make it unclear which information the project should use.
How do I import many documents?
Open Import and choose your source as shown in the import view. Review folder structure and document details before proceeding. Correct flagged errors, then check that files are present as well as document rows.
How do I prepare a review?
Open Reviews, select the material and specify participants, instructions and deadline. Check which revisions are included. Keep feedback with the right material and resolve outstanding questions before closing the review.
How do I track issues and responsibility?
Create an issue for one clearly defined question. Set an owner, status and deadline where available and link the relevant document. Follow up open and overdue issues; a comment is not a recorded decision.
How do I use schedules and exports?
Select the right schedule and choose day, week, month or the whole plan for the needed overview. Check activity dates and progress. Export in your preferred format and review the result before sharing or printing.
How do I message a person or the project?
Open Messages and choose Write a message. Select a member for direct messages or a project channel for shared information. Restricted channels are visible only to authorised participants.
What do Sent and Read by mean?
Sent means the message was saved. Read by lists participants whose open, active view displayed the message. This does not confirm understanding or approval. Without a read receipt, only Sent is shown.
Can I edit or delete a sent message?
Sent messages cannot be edited. You can remove your own message; its text and images are hidden and replaced with a deletion notice. The sender and time remain so others can follow the thread.
How do I attach images or screenshots?
Use the paperclip or paste a screenshot into the composer. Attach up to four images, no more than 8 MB each, in JPG, PNG or WebP. If sending fails, your text remains so you can fix attachments and retry.
How do notifications and marking as read work?
The bell shows the unread notification count. Open a notification to view its content or mark all as read. Reading a notification is separate from reading a message and does not update its read receipt.
How do I use Fidrel on mobile?
The fixed bottom menu opens navigation, overview, documents and messages. The top menu hides when scrolling down and returns when scrolling up. When the keyboard opens, the composer takes priority. Manual page zoom remains available.
How do I change language and market?
Choose your market in account settings. The interface and new templates use the selection; existing project names and uploaded content are not translated automatically. A project retains the market used for its folder template.
What if a confirmation email or login is missing?
Check the address and spam folder. Use resend on the confirmation page and follow the latest link; use password reset if needed. If login works but the project is missing, ask the administrator to check your invitation.
What should I do about payment or other errors?
Check the project, billing details and payment status before paying again. For a persistent error, note the time, page and error text and use Report an issue. Never send passwords or full card details.
How do I pay for or change the project plan?
As an administrator, open the profile menu and choose Manage plan. Select the project and project value to continue to payment. The project becomes accessible once payment is verified. Each project needs its own subscription. When changing plans, the price and effective date are shown before you confirm.
Where can I find the estimate and project costs?
Open Estimate for the estimate and project costs. Invoices also have a separate menu. Financial permissions control who can view, upload, edit or approve records. Ask the administrator to check your access if a feature is missing.
