Contract and customer
Seller identity, customer, scope, price, taxes, term and renewal must be clear before a binding order. The buyer must be authorised. Express individual terms take priority over standard terms, subject to mandatory law.
Price and scope
Confirm price and currency in the quotation or order. Business prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise; consumers must receive the total inclusive of applicable taxes. Language selection does not change currency or tax treatment. Additions require a separate order.
Delivery and renewal
Activation follows the confirmation and verified payment where prepayment is agreed. Recurring subscriptions use the confirmed billing interval. Commitment, renewal and cancellation deadlines must be disclosed before purchase, not inferred from account creation.
Changes and cancellation
Cancel through the contact channel or available subscription management and keep confirmation. Price changes are not retroactive. Material changes are communicated before the affected period with contractual and statutory rights. Complaints, withdrawal and refunds follow their respective policies and mandatory law.
Billing interval
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions cover 12 months, billed in advance, at approximately 10% less than 12 monthly payments. Cancellation stops the next renewal; project access remains available during the paid period.
