Change orders & deviations
Log change orders for added, deleted, and changed scope with amounts, schedule impact, and supporting documents, and track them from draft to closed. Non-conformance reports (NCRs) get a responsible person, due date, and corrective action. Each stays tied to the question, drawing, or line item it came from.

Change orders with amounts and status
A change order has a number, type, description, responsible person, and due date, plus estimated, proposed, and approved cost. Status runs from draft to closed, and only the project’s administrators can approve or reject it.
From question to change order
Create a change order straight from an RFI, an issue, an NCR, or an estimate line item, and the title, location, and responsible person carry over. Link documents, drawings, and invoices, and see every edit, field by field, in the history.
Impact on the budget
A change order linked to a budget item shows up as an expected change in cost tracking. Once it’s approved under Project finances, the amount is included in the current budget.
In the field
NCRs with photos, straight from the jobsite
Spot it, photograph it, and log it in one step. “Take photo” opens your phone’s camera, and the NCR gets a location, a responsible person, and a due date before you walk away. If it needs to become a change order, you create one from the NCR.
