Inspections & quality

Plan inspections, record the result, and follow up on what didn’t pass. An inspection has a responsible person, a due date, a result, and photos, and a failed inspection becomes an NCR with one tap. The NCR is then tracked through to closure.

  1. The inspection and its result

Every inspection has a type, date, location, responsible person, and due date, plus a result: passed, remarks, or failed. Status moves from planned to performed and approved.

  2. From inspection to NCR

“Create NCR” fills in the title, text, location, and responsible person from the inspection and links the two. The NCR has a category, a priority, and a corrective action and is tracked from open to closed.

  3. Responsible person notified

Whoever is made responsible for an inspection or an NCR gets a notification in Fidrel, and the open work shows up under “Assigned to me” on the Home page.

The inspection is documented with photos

Open the inspection on your phone, take the photos with the camera, and enter the result. The photos show up as thumbnails in the record, and every change is logged with name and time.

  • “Take photo” opens your phone’s camera
  • A result and remarks on every inspection
  • NCRs can also be created from the 3D model
