BIM take-off
Take off quantities straight from the IFC model. Fidrel calculates count and volume for every group from the geometry and reads area and length from the model’s quantity sets. Group by object type, type, or level and export to CSV.

Count and volume from the geometry
Click “Calculate quantities” and the count and volume of every group are calculated from the model’s geometry, right in the browser.
Area and length from the model
Area, length, and the model’s own volume are read from the IFC file’s quantity sets when the export includes them. If they’re missing, the panel says so instead of showing an uncertain number.
Group and export
Group by object type, type, level, or model. Clicking a row highlights the group in 3D, and the export gives you a CSV file with one row per object.

No. Click Calculate quantities in the 3D view and the quantities are calculated right in the browser.
IFC files in IFC 2x3, IFC 4, and IFC 4.3. How much can be read depends on the export: area and length need the model’s quantity sets to be included.
The export gives you a CSV file with one row per object: model, level, object type, type, name, GUID, and quantities. From there you keep working in a spreadsheet. The quantities aren’t transferred to the estimate on their own.
