Coordinate projects across North West England with Fidrel. Keep documents, programmes, cost information and decisions clear for the team.

A clear project start in North West England

The project system of tomorrow. For every discipline.

When overseeing several sites across North West England, give each appointment its own identity. Start with project, property or address and phase, then use that breakdown for documents, planning and cost items. Projects in the same region do not need to share every permission.

Organise drawings, descriptions and deliverables in the project document structure. Agree revision identification and responsibility for the next review. Use comments for review feedback and RFIs for questions needing a recipient and response date. PDF and DWG drawings should relate to the correct working area; design and engineering calculations remain in your specialist tools.

The Fidrel advantage

Connect time, cost and change discussions

Follow activities and actual progress in the programme. Keep estimates, budget information and invoices distinguishable as different financial records. Record variations, issues and meeting decisions with the people responsible so that effects can be assessed. The site diary and field reporting describe the work actually carried out.

Agree delivery requirements before closing the project. Allocate documentation responsibilities, follow outstanding questions and check revisions with the recipient. Project information should identify the correct location and stage when participants change. Fidrel is used through the browser; the project organisation remains responsible for its appointment and decisions.

Frequently asked questions

Can participants work from other locations?+

Yes. Invited participants use Fidrel in the browser with access assigned in each project. This page describes the software, not a local consultancy office.

How do we keep projects in North West England separate?+

Use a distinct project name, actual address or property and phase. Establish a clear folder structure and assign permissions per project so that different appointments remain separate.

Which project activities can Fidrel bring together?+

Documents, drawings, reviews, RFIs, programmes, estimate information, changes, issues, meetings, site diaries and project communication can share a project workspace. Access depends on activation and permissions.

Do invoiced costs equal completed work?+

No. Invoices describe financial records, while physical progress describes completed work. Remaining work and commitments that have not yet been invoiced also matter to cost follow-up.

What should be prepared for handover?+

Agree document types, formats, recipients and responsibilities. Check content and revisions, follow up missing information and record outstanding questions before the project team leaves the appointment.
