Documents & drawings
Common data environment (CDE)
Issue documents to external parties and keep track of what was sent. A transmittal gathers selected documents in their current version, is locked when it’s issued, and can be emailed to the recipients as personal download links.
30 days free · No long-term contract.
The right version to the right recipient
Choose from the project’s documents. Each one is included in its current version, with number and revision, and the transmittal gets a purpose such as for review or issued for construction.
Locked once it goes out
When the transmittal is issued, it’s locked with the date and the sender. A later revision of a document doesn’t change what was sent.
Links instead of attachments
Recipients get an email with a personal link to a page where they download the documents, no account needed. The links are valid for 30 days, and the log shows whether the link has been opened.
Printed transmittal
You can show what was sent
Every transmittal has a number, subject, purpose, recipients, and a list of the documents with their revision. The transmittal prints straight from the page, and you can search transmittals by recipient or document.
- Up to 50 recipients per transmittal
- The recipient doesn’t need an account
- Transmittals show up in the project’s history
