Contract and customer
Orders are placed with Fidrel AB. Before you order, checkout shows the project, price, billing interval, taxes and total. The person ordering must be authorized to do so. Individually agreed terms take priority over these standard terms, subject to applicable law.
Price and taxes
Prices are per project, per month or per year, in U.S. dollars, and exclude applicable sales and use taxes. Where Fidrel is required to collect those taxes, they are calculated at checkout from your billing address and shown before you pay. If your organization is tax-exempt, contact us before ordering. Additions require a separate order.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, every month or every year as you choose, and your payment method is charged the price then in effect plus applicable taxes until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time under Manage plan in Fidrel, the billing settings for your project. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Your order confirmation includes these renewal terms and how to cancel.
Free first month
When the offer is shown at checkout, the first project you own includes one free month. A payment card is required to start it, and checkout shows the date and amount of the first charge. Unless you cancel before the free month ends, your paid subscription starts automatically and your card is charged on that date and at each renewal. We email you before the free month ends.
Price changes and invoices
We tell you by email before a price change takes effect. The new price applies from your next billing period, never to a period already paid, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Organizations may pay by invoice where offered, due 30 days net unless agreed otherwise; the project opens when the invoice is issued, stays open during the payment term and is locked if the invoice is not paid by its due date.
AI capacity packs
Extra AI capacity can be bought for a project in packs. A pack is used only once the project’s AI capacity for the month has been used, lasts until it is used but no more than 12 months from purchase, and belongs to the project; anything unused when it expires lapses. A pack is paid for when bought and is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. Where a consumer has a right to cancel, asking for the capacity to be supplied right away waives that right for the pack.
Billing interval
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and run until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions cover 12 months, billed in advance, at approximately 10% less than 12 monthly payments. Cancellation stops the next renewal; project access remains available during the paid period.
