Responsibility and contact
The legal operator identified in the company details controls website enquiries, accounts, security and its customer relationships. For customer-controlled project content, the customer normally acts as controller and Fidrel as processor under a data processing agreement. Contact the project owner first about that content.
Data and sources
You provide names, email, professional role, organisation, enquiries and quotation details. Administrators may invite you and assign roles. The service processes documents, versions, metadata, reviews, comments, activity, billing references and technical data such as IP addresses and error logs.
Purposes and legal bases
Contract and pre-contractual steps apply where you are the contracting party. Legitimate interests support organisational contacts, delivery and administration, and protection against misuse. Accounting uses legal obligations. Any optional tracking requires consent.
Recipients
Authorised members access project content under its rules. OpenAI Sites/Cloudflare provide hosting and delivery; Supabase provides database, authentication, document storage and authentication emails. Stripe processes payments when its checkout is used and may be an independent controller for its own obligations. Authorities receive data when legally required.
Locations and transfers
We do not promise exclusively EU/EEA processing. Provider operations and support may involve transfers. The actual transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with necessary supplementary measures, must be documented. You may request recipient and safeguard information.
Retention
Account data supports account use; project content and versions follow agreed project and retention periods. The recycle bin is not immediate deletion. Enquiries are retained for handling and potential legal claims; accounting follows applicable law. Exact deletion and backup periods belong in the customer agreement; automatic deletion is not promised.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing and always to direct marketing. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Identity checks may be necessary. Responses normally take one month; lawful extensions must be explained.
Protection and complaints
Access controls and secure connections protect the service, without an absolute security guarantee. Required account data enables sign-in. Administrators decide what enters projects. The app does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You may complain to the competent local data protection authority; the language selection does not determine jurisdiction.
Newsletters
Newsletters are planned. A subscription requires a separate, voluntary signup explaining email use and how to unsubscribe. Accepting cookies does not subscribe you.
