Operations
Take the project into operations. The documents move over with their versions and history, closeout is checked against a checklist, and assets, contracts, inspections, and work orders each get a register of their own. Every trade has a person responsible.

Closeout with a checklist
Create the facility folders, bring the documents over from the project, and check closeout line by line: missing, submitted, or approved.
Registers for what you maintain
Assets with tag, system, location, and warranty. Warranties and service contracts with end date and notice period. Recurring inspections with frequency, owner, and history.
Work orders to the right trade
A work order with a trade goes straight to the person responsible for it. Status is tracked from requested to completed, with comments and photos, and whoever submitted it gets a notification when the work is completed.
On site
Report it where you see it
Describe what’s wrong, add photos from your phone, and choose the location and trade. The work order gets a number and lands with the person responsible.
- Up to twelve photos per work order
- Priority from low to emergency
- Track your own work orders

Facility management is turned on for the project. Create the facility folders, bring the documents over from the project with their versions and history, and check closeout line by line against a checklist: missing, submitted, or approved.
Name, trade, tag, system, location, manufacturer, model, serial number, installation date, warranty, service interval, status, and documents.
Service contracts and warranties have a counterparty, an end date, and a notice period. Recurring inspections have a frequency, an owner, and a history, and the next date moves forward when an inspection is recorded as done. A notification arrives in Fidrel when a contract is nearing its end date or an inspection is due soon.
Any signed-in participant in the project can submit a work order with a description, up to twelve photos, a location, and a priority, and track their own work orders. Status goes from requested to completed, and whoever submitted it gets a notification when the work is completed.
Yes. You set up the trades yourself, for example HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, with a person responsible for each. A work order with a trade goes straight to the person responsible, and the facility management start page shows where each trade stands.
