Cancel at any time
Fidrel subscriptions in the UK are business contracts. You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time; there is no cancellation fee.
How to cancel
Cancel under Manage plan in Fidrel, or email [email protected] from an administrator’s address with the organisation and project name. We confirm the cancellation by email; keep the confirmation.
When it takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, the month or year already paid, and stops the next renewal. The project remains available until then. Paid periods are not refunded in part. If you cancel during the free first month, nothing is charged.
Your project content
Export what you need before the paid period ends. What happens to project content afterwards follows your agreement and the retention rules in the privacy notice.
