Bring Arizona project teams together in Fidrel. Organize documents, schedules, cost records and construction decisions.

Start the Arizona project with clear information

The project system of tomorrow. For every discipline.

When managing multiple jobsites across Arizona, identify each project separately. Start with the project, property or address and phase, then use that breakdown for drawings, scheduling and cost items. Projects in the same state do not need identical access permissions.

Organize drawings, specifications and deliverables in the project document structure. Agree how revisions are identified and who reviews the next issue. Use review comments for feedback and RFIs for questions requiring a recipient and due date. PDF and DWG drawings should identify the correct work area; engineering design and calculations remain in specialist tools.

Keep drawings and reviews connected to field work

The Fidrel advantage

Track schedules, costs and change orders

Track activities and actual progress in the schedule. Distinguish estimates, budget information and invoices as separate financial measures. Record change orders, issues and meeting decisions with responsible parties before carrying changes forward. Daily logs and field reports help describe the work actually completed.

Agree closeout requirements before project completion. Assign documentation responsibilities, follow open questions and check revisions with the recipient. Project information should identify the correct location and stage when team members change. Fidrel runs in the browser; the project organization remains responsible for its work and decisions.

Frequently asked questions

Can project participants work from other cities?+

Yes. Invited participants use Fidrel in a browser with permissions assigned in each project. This page describes software, not a local engineering or consulting office.

How do we separate projects in Arizona?+

Give each project a distinct name, actual address or property and phase. Use a clear folder structure and project-specific permissions to keep different owners’ records separate.

What project work can be organized in Fidrel?+

Documents, drawings, reviews, RFIs, schedules, estimate information, changes, issues, meetings, daily logs and project communication can be organized in the workspace. Access depends on activation and permissions.

Are invoiced amounts the same as physical progress?+

No. Invoices are financial records; physical progress describes completed work. Remaining work and committed costs that have not yet been billed must also be considered.

What should we prepare for project closeout?+

Define the required records, formats, recipients and responsible parties. Check content and revisions, follow missing deliveries and record open questions before the construction team demobilizes.
