Payment methods, billing details and sales tax.

Fidrel is available to businesses, organizations and individuals. Where the law treats consumers differently, these terms say so.

Payment methods

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) take place on Stripe’s checkout. Fidrel keeps references and payment status, not full card numbers or security codes. Organizations may pay by invoice where offered; the invoice is sent by email and is due 30 days net unless agreed otherwise.

Billing details and sales tax

Provide your legal name, billing address and, for organizations, an EIN or other tax ID when requested, and keep them accurate. Sales and use tax is calculated from your billing address where Fidrel is required to collect it. Invoices and receipts show the amount, currency, tax, period and due date.

Errors and non-payment

Contact us with the invoice or order reference about a disputed charge; we can usually correct it faster than a card dispute. Never send passwords or card details. If a payment fails or an invoice is overdue, the project may be locked until it is paid. Late fees apply only where the agreement and the law allow. Keep payment and cancellation confirmations.

Billing interval

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and run until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions cover 12 months, billed in advance, at approximately 10% less than 12 monthly payments. Cancellation stops the next renewal; project access remains available during the paid period. Changes to the billing interval take effect at the next renewal. Your paid period is preserved, without additional prorated charges.
