Cancel anytime
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription online at any time under Manage plan in Fidrel, or by emailing [email protected] from an administrator’s address with the organization and project name. We confirm the cancellation by email. There is no cancellation fee.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to the project until then. If you cancel before the free first month ends, you are not charged.
Refunds
Fees for a billing period that has started are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time, including for the rest of a paid year. We refund charges made in error, as described under Refunds, and wherever the law requires a refund.
Your project content
Export what you need before the paid period ends. What happens to project content afterwards follows your agreement and the retention rules in the privacy notice.
