Bidders see only what has been issued. Every addendum is numbered and can’t be changed afterward, and the history shows who has opened the request after each one.
Sealed bids
With sealing on, nobody, the project’s administrators included, can open a bid until the bidding period has ended. The bid deadline can be extended but never moved earlier.
Evaluation with weighted criteria
Set evaluation criteria with percentage weights, enter the bid amounts and quality scores, and see the total score and rank right away. The award is saved with the date and who decided.

An invited bidder creates an account and lands on a single page: download the bid documents, upload the bid, and submit it. Other bidders, the project’s pages, and the member list aren’t shown.
