Upload an IFC file and open the model in the browser, with nothing to install. Browse the model tree, read the objects’ properties, cut sections and measure. Several models open together as a federated model, where you can run clash detection.

  1. The model in the browser

IFC 2x3, IFC 4 and IFC 4.3 files are read and become a 3D model with a model tree by storey and object type. Select an object to see its attributes, type, materials, properties and quantities.

  2. Cut, measure and colour-code

Place a section or a section box. Measure distances and areas with snapping to corners and edges, and colour-code by model, storey or object type. The view is saved as an image at up to 8K.

  3. Coordinate and check

Open up to twelve models in one scene and run clash detection between selected models and object types. The result lists the clashes with their overlap in millimetres and exports as CSV.

From model to action

Raise what you see in the model as an issue

Select an object and raise a non-conformance or an issue with a responsible person, or link a document to it. The record carries the view with it, so the next person opens the model with the same camera, selection and section.

  • IFC files up to 512 MB
  • X-ray, hide and isolate objects
  • A non-conformance straight from a clash
