Business customers only
Orders are placed with Fidrel AB, whose company details are shown below. In the UAE, Fidrel subscriptions are sold only to businesses and organisations while Fidrel is not registered for UAE VAT. A personal workspace cannot take out a subscription; create the project in your organisation’s workspace instead. By ordering you confirm that you act for the purposes of your trade, business or profession and are authorised to order. Before you confirm, checkout shows the project, the price, the billing interval and the total, and these terms set out renewal and cancellation, as Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means requires. Individually agreed terms take priority over these standard terms, subject to mandatory law.
Price and VAT
Prices are per project, per month or per year, in UAE dirhams (AED), and exclude VAT. Fidrel AB is established in Sweden and is not registered for UAE VAT, so at present it does not charge UAE VAT (5% under Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax). As a business customer you account for any UAE VAT due on the service yourself: if your business is registered for UAE VAT, you do so under the reverse charge; give your Tax Registration Number (TRN) when asked. If Fidrel registers for UAE VAT in the future, it will charge VAT from then on; checkout and these terms will say so, and existing customers will be told before VAT applies to their next period. Additions require a separate order.
Free first month
When the offer is shown at checkout, a project’s first month is free. A card is needed to start it; nothing is charged until the free month ends, and checkout shows the date and amount of the first charge. Cancel before that date and you are not charged.
Renewal and payment
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. Card payments are taken through Stripe at the start of each period. Companies and organisations may also pay on invoice where offered, 30 days net unless agreed otherwise; the project opens when the invoice is issued, stays open during the payment term and is locked if the invoice is not paid by its due date.
Changes and cancellation
You can cancel at any time under Manage plan in Fidrel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and stops the next renewal; the project stays available until then. Paid periods are not refunded in part, except where the law requires it. We tell you before a price change takes effect; it applies from your next period and never to a period already paid, and you can cancel before it does.

Billing interval
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions cover 12 months, billed in advance, at approximately 10% less than 12 monthly payments. Cancellation stops the next renewal; project access remains available during the paid period.
