Documents & drawings
Operations
Take the project through to operation. The documents are moved across with their versions and history. The handover is checked against a checklist, and assets, contracts, inspections and fault reports each have a register of their own. Every discipline has a person responsible.

Handover with a checklist
Create the facilities management folders, bring the documents across from the project and check the handover line by line: outstanding, submitted or approved.
Registers for what needs looking after
Assets with tag, system, location and warranty. Warranties and contracts with end date and notice period. Recurring inspections with frequency, person responsible and history.
Fault reports to the right discipline
A fault report with a discipline goes straight to the person responsible for it. Its status is followed from reported to fixed, with comments and photos, and whoever reported the fault is notified when it has been fixed.
On site
Report the fault where you see it
Describe what is wrong, add photos from your phone and choose the location and discipline. The report is given a number and lands with the person responsible.
- Up to twelve photos per report
- Priority from low to urgent
- Follow your own reports

Facilities management is switched on for the project. Create the facilities management folders, bring the documents across from the project with their versions and history, and check the handover line by line against a checklist: outstanding, submitted or approved.
Name, discipline, tag, system, location, manufacturer, model, serial number, installation date, warranty, service interval, status and documents.
Contracts and warranties have a counterparty, an end date and a notice period. Recurring inspections have a frequency, a person responsible and a history, and the next date moves on when an inspection is recorded as carried out. A notification arrives in Fidrel when a contract is nearing its end date or an inspection is due soon.
Any signed-in participant in the project can report a fault with a description, up to twelve photos, a location and a priority, and follow their own reports. The status goes from reported to fixed, and whoever reported the fault is notified when it has been fixed.
Yes. You set up the disciplines yourselves, for example mechanical, electrical and plumbing, with a person responsible for each. A fault report with a discipline goes straight to the person responsible, and the facilities management start page shows where each discipline stands.
