One set of numbers. From estimate to final invoice.

The estimate becomes the budget, supplier invoices are allocated to the right estimate line, and the forecast moves as variations and actuals come in. You see where the project is running over or under, without side spreadsheets.

  • Budget against actuals, line by line

Budget, invoiced and forecast per estimate line show where the project is running over or under.

  • The invoice is read for you

Drop in a PDF, a photo or an e-invoice. Amounts, VAT and currency are read, and you check them before the invoice is allocated.

  • The right person approves

Permissions decide who may upload, check, allocate and approve invoices.

Cost estimation

The estimate that becomes the project budget.

Build the estimate with quantities and unit prices, or import it from Excel. Once approved, it is the budget that invoices, variations and the forecast are tracked against, per phase if the project has several.

Supplier invoices

Drop in the invoice. Three steps follow.

Fidrel reads PDFs, photos and e-invoices and suggests the supplier, amounts, VAT and currency. You check them, allocate the invoice to the estimate and approve it. A foreign currency is converted at the reference rate on the invoice date.
