Documents & drawings
Documents, drawings & models
All the project’s files in one folder structure, with preview and version history. Upload a new issue and it becomes a new version of the same document, while the earlier ones are kept. PDFs, images, Office files and DWG drawings open directly in the browser.
30 days free · No minimum term.
New file, new version
Document number, title and revision are read from the file name. If the number already exists, the file becomes a new version of the same document, and an identical file is skipped. Every version is kept with its date and change note.
Open without downloading
PDFs, images, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and DWG files are shown in the browser. Open several files in tabs or two side by side, and search the text of a PDF.
The right people, the right folders
Lock a folder or a document to selected people. Everyone who may open a file receives a notification and an email when it is uploaded, and deleted files can be restored for 30 days.
