Plan inspections, record the result and follow up what did not pass. An inspection has a responsible person, a due date, a result and photos, and a failed inspection becomes a non-conformance with one tap. The non-conformance is then tracked to close-out.

The inspection and its result
Every inspection has a type, date, location, responsible person and due date, and a result: passed, remarks or failed. Its status moves from planned to performed and approved.
From inspection to non-conformance
“Raise non-conformance” takes the title, text, location and responsible person from the inspection and links the two. The non-conformance has a category, priority and corrective action and is tracked from open to closed.
The responsible person is told
Whoever is made responsible for an inspection or a non-conformance receives a notification in Fidrel, and the open work is listed under “Assigned to me” on the Home page.

The inspection is recorded with photos
Open the inspection on your phone, take the photos with the camera and enter the result. The photos appear as thumbnails in the record, and every change is logged with name and time.
