The day’s entries
An entry has a title, time, location and text, with fields for work in progress, number of people on site, plant, deliveries, weather and delays. The list is shown day by day.
From diary entry to non-conformance
“Raise non-conformance” fills in the title, text, location and responsible person from the entry and links the two in both directions. Every change is logged field by field with name and time.
Plan the work in the calendar
The project calendar brings together meetings and planned work by day, week or month. Those assigned to a piece of work accept or decline and mark it as confirmed, done or blocked.

Write the diary where the work is done
Open the diary on your phone, write the entry and take the photos there and then. “Take photo” opens the camera, and several files can be added at once.

An entry cannot be deleted, and every change is logged field by field with name and time. You can always see what has been changed and by whom.
Entries are shown day by day with the most recent first. Search by title and filter by author, location, company, date and status.
