Templates with check items
A template has four kinds of check items: a check (Pass, Fail, or N/A), text, number, and date. Start from the standard templates for your market or build your own.
Fill out and submit
Choose a template, enter the location and who performed the check, and answer item by item. Drafts are saved, and required items must be answered before the form is submitted.
A locked record
A submitted form is locked for everyone, administrators included, and carries its own copy of the check items. The list shows how many deficiencies each form contains.
