Supplier invoices
Drop in the supplier’s invoice as a PDF, a photo or an e-invoice. Fidrel reads the supplier, amounts, VAT and currency; you check them against the original and allocate the cost to the right estimate line. Once the invoice is approved, it is counted in cost tracking.

The invoice is read for you
E-invoices are read exactly as they stand in the file. PDF invoices are read from their text, and scanned invoices and photos by text recognition. The fields show where on the page each value was read.
Checks before you move on
Net and VAT are checked against the invoice total, the lines against the totals and the invoice number against earlier invoices from the same supplier. If the invoice is in a different currency from the budget, the European Central Bank reference rate for the invoice date is suggested.
Allocate, approve, track the payment
Fidrel suggests estimate lines from the text, codes and earlier invoices, and shows what is left in the budget. An invoice can be split across several estimate lines. After approval you record the payments, and everything is kept in the invoice’s history.
Approval
Approved only once everything is allocated
The whole amount must be allocated to the estimate before the invoice can be approved. Approved details are locked, and a correction is made with a credit note linked to the original.
- Permissions per person: upload, edit, approve
- Credit notes linked to the original invoice
- The register exports to Excel and CSV

Talk to usDrop the files in or choose them: PDF, photo, scanned TIFF or e-invoice in XML, several at a time. One file is one invoice. Invoices are not received by email or through an e-invoicing network.
No. Fidrel reads the supplier, invoice number, dates, currency, amounts, VAT and lines and shows where on the page each value was read. Scanned invoices and photos are read by text recognition and should be checked with extra care.
The whole invoice is allocated to one estimate line, or line by line, and it can be split across several estimate lines. Fidrel suggests up to three estimate lines and shows what is left in the budget. It is always you who saves the allocation.
Yes. If the invoice is in a different currency from the budget, an exchange rate is entered. The European Central Bank reference rate for the invoice date is fetched as a suggestion and can be changed.
The invoice is approved in one step by a person with that permission, once the whole amount has been allocated to the estimate. Approved details are locked, and a correction is made with a credit note. Payments are recorded afterwards. Fidrel makes no payments.
