Cancel at any time
Fidrel subscriptions in the UAE are business contracts. You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time; there is no cancellation fee.
How to cancel
Cancel under Manage plan in Fidrel, or email [email protected] from the account’s address, or for an organisation from an administrator’s address, with the project name. We confirm the cancellation by email; keep the confirmation.
When it takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, the month or year already paid, and stops the next renewal. The project remains available until then. Paid periods are not refunded in part. If you cancel during the free first month, nothing is charged.
Mandatory rights
These terms do not remove any right that mandatory UAE law gives you, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its executive regulation where they apply, for example to have a service that is defective or not as described remedied, or to receive a refund where that law requires it.
Your project content
Export what you need before the paid period ends. What happens to project content afterwards follows your agreement and the retention rules in the privacy notice.
